This is a source-maintained roadmap based on verified product work and the existing product-owner direction. Entries are updated when their status is checked; this page is not a live issue tracker or an automatically synchronized development feed.
A released demo feature means you can explore the stated behavior with sample data. It does not mean authenticated accounts, shared hosted updates or live messages are available. Plans can change as implementation and verification uncover what the product needs.

Delivered guest-host messages and invitations
Move beyond browser-local messages and sample links to verified guest-host communication and individual invitation delivery.

Connected property-team coordination
Bring assigned staff, required preparation checks and blocking issues into authenticated shared workflows, keeping operational issues separate from guest conversations.

Implementation is underway, with integration or verification still pending.
Connected guide and secure access
Backend contracts and owner/manager interfaces are prepared. Authenticated hosted integration, secure guest-link exchange and cross-device updates remain to be connected and verified.

Released
Available in the stated scope. A demo release does not mean a connected service is live.
Phase-aware arrival assistant
The guest demo includes property-local stay phases, individual arrival acknowledgements and arrival prompts that disappear when completed.

Confirmed-only welcome packs
The demo shows confirmed items only, hides disabled or empty packs and keeps each guest’s acknowledgement separate.

Departure checklist and local discovery
The guest demo includes a categorized local directory, map preference, checkout-eve guidance and a departure checklist.
