Already installed? Download this update and choose Install to update the existing app. Do not uninstall first: updating keeps your TV’s property connection.
Install with Downloader
Open the Downloader app on your TV and enter this code in its address field:

This opens this installation page. Choose Download for Android TV, then follow your TV’s installation prompts. If asked, allow Downloader to install the app in your TV settings.
The Downloader code opens the download page; the separate QR code inside HolidayHomeOS links your TV to a property.
Scan with your phone
Sign in to your HolidayHomeOS account and match the code shown on your TV.
Choose your property
Select a property you manage. Its published guide opens on the TV automatically.
Your guide, on the big screen
Browse the house guide, local restaurants, bars, groceries, activities and FAQs with your TV remote. Scan a venue’s QR code for its website or directions. Wi-Fi and departure instructions are included when published by your host.
Property content refreshes automatically after the host publishes it. App updates are needed only when the TV interface itself changes. A personal welcome and stay dates appear during the stay window configured by your host. The home screen follows arrival, middle-of-stay and checkout day in the property’s time zone. Departure becomes prominent on checkout day and remains available in the house guide.
Your guide on your phone
During an active stay, open House guide → Open on your phone on the TV. Scan the QR code with your phone camera to open the booking’s shared property guide. This read-only guide includes the house information and local recommendations. Personal guest invitations and lead-guest controls remain separate.
Before you install
Android 8 or newer is required. Compatibility with your exact TV or Fire TV model must be checked. Samsung Tizen, LG webOS and non-Android devices require a different app.
Your account password stays on your phone. TV access can be revoked from the property’s admin area.
