An annual price for each property
HolidayHomeOS has one standard plan. The price is €89 per property per year including VAT: an annual, property-based price rather than a one-time lifetime purchase or a commission on each booking. No alternative tier or paid feature-upgrade option is presented here.
The plan includes everything offered, plus future benefits as they are added. This describes the scope of the plan; it does not mean that every connected capability shown in the preview is operational today. Purchasing is not available in the current interactive preview. The annual price includes VAT. Purchasing is not enabled on this website.
One welcome, across the whole stay
The product brings together a personal guest welcome, arrival guidance, house essentials, local discovery and departure. It is designed for a browser on the guest’s phone, with optional home-screen installation where supported. Each adult has their own link and progress through the stay.
The assistant is designed to follow the stay phase and the property’s local time. Once acknowledged, arrival reminders make room for the holiday while the property guide stays available. Welcome packs show only contents confirmed as physically placed for that booking, rather than items that are merely planned.
Understand what you can try today
The demo uses sample information and browser-local interactions. You can explore arrival, later days, checkout guidance, map preferences and example property-team workflows. Messages are not delivered, sample links do not send invitations, and registration demonstrations do not submit information to authorities.
Secure personal guest links, authenticated owners and managers, shared hosted updates, staff coordination and live messaging remain in development. Future connected guide updates are intended to appear when guests open or refresh the guide. That is distinct from automatic push notifications or a promise that every recommendation’s opening hours are live.
A fit for the way you host
Individual owners, independent hosts, Airbnb Superhosts and managers can all assess the same product approach. Whether reservations come directly or through a rental platform, HolidayHomeOS is intended to support the stay itself. It is not a booking engine or rental marketplace, and platform references do not imply integration or endorsement.
