Designed around independent hospitality
Some hosts manage one much-loved apartment. Others look after cottages, cabins or a collection of holiday homes. Bookings may come directly, through Airbnb or through another rental platform. The need is familiar: make arrival clear, answer recurring practical questions and help guests enjoy the place.
HolidayHomeOS is a guest-book product, not a rental marketplace or reservation platform. References to booking platforms describe who may find it useful; they do not imply affiliation, endorsement or a working integration. The current preview lets you explore the guest experience without suggesting that bookings are imported automatically.
Keep one guide worth trusting
A changed router should not require a new print run. Revised checkout guidance, new bin instructions and a closed restaurant are ordinary parts of running a property. A digital guide is intended to let an owner or manager maintain those details in one place, with the latest connected version visible when guests open or refresh it.
Shared hosted updates remain in development. In the meantime, the preview shows how a clear guide can be structured: arrival and parking, Wi-Fi and house essentials, useful local ideas and departure. Keep recommendations owner-maintained and link to source information; business opening hours can change and are not automatically verified by the product.
Promise only what is actually there
A welcome pack is a small gesture with a big effect on expectations. The intended workflow asks the owner or manager to confirm that each item has physically been placed for the specific booking. A shopping list or last week’s preparation is not confirmation for a new arrival.
Guests see confirmed contents only. When a pack is disabled or has no confirmed items, the card stays out of view. New bookings start without placement confirmation. This keeps the guest welcome tied to preparation, while leaving a useful place for personal touches rather than presenting every planned item as a promise.
A team around the same ready moment
A manager is optional. The platform vision allows owners, managers and assigned staff to work within their own responsibilities, with cleaning checklists and operational issues kept separate from guest-host conversations. Readiness depends on completed required checks and resolved blocking issues.
These workflows are demonstrated in preview; authenticated access and shared operations are still being developed. The single standard plan is €89 per property per year including VAT, with everything offered and future benefits as added. There are no feature tiers here, and purchasing is not available yet.
